REFUND AND COLLECTION POLICY

No refund policy on all available products. If your product is unavailable for we will offer you a replacement product or a full refund.

For collections we operate a strict challenge 25 policy.

A valid form of ID is required on upon collection.

If you look under 25 you will be asked for ID and goods of sale will be refused if you cannot provide a valid form of ID.

You will be refused sale if a valid ID cannot be provided. Valid ID can be government issued passport or driving licence and provisional. 

You must be 18 or over to purchase fireworks.
